again i was inspired, but by ashley's friend (vanessa?). soooo i wore this today and also tomorrow, as i know i won't be bothered to think up another outfit. I was abit 'iffy' about the headband, but a few people told me they liked it, and my hair was messy too. Oh and also in case you were wondering, i AM wearing shorts underneath my top but the top is so long that you can hardly see them.

maxxxxxi.

This is a few days old, but decided to do a seperate post from today's. My friend's gone from Byron Bay, and I'm back at school.
Apparently my deputy (vice) principal is very very worried about me because i've changed since last year and this year.. So she called my mum and we have to have a meeting about me.. I mean sorry if i'm feeling a bit down but i can't help it. I do study this year and i so far know everything i'm up to in all my classes, so she has nothing to complain about.
Anyway tomorrow i'm going shopping and hopefully i'll get that blackberry pearl i saw the other week and i have been lusting ever since. Alsooooo the maxi dress i'm wearing is my best friend's, and i dont have it anymore so i don't know what brand or anything it is. Sorry! And also i just realised i'm wearing the simplist outfit so you can't exactly be inspired, sorrry hahahahah.

good investment?

I'm so excited that, come June, i will get all my tax back.. and it will be easily $1000.. I feel a bit bad that my parents always buy me bags and stuff, so i thought this time i could buy it myself and feel so great that i actually saved myself and bought it with my own money. So i was wondering if there are any Aussie girls out there who know of a great designer bag investment that's available in Sydney. I know about all the designer shops and everything on Castleraegh Street and such, but does anyone know what type of bag a girl should get come June?
I was thinking something along the lines of Gucci or Louis Vuitton (usually my most hated brands, but i am actually starting to like their many different types of bags.. even if with their annoying logos everywhere).
I would appreciate it soo much if anyone could contact me on here or on fashionchat if you're on there (i'm taylorlovescouture).
Thanks!

Handbags Part 1. Thanks dad!

I know you will be reading this, since you asked me to put this on your favourites. HI DAD.
I even put the font big enough so you can read it. HAHA.

Anyway, my dad told me to write more, coz all i do is post about my outfits and such.. So here we go. I was going to write about Handbags, as i got inspired by 'STYLE: A to Zoe' by Rachel Zoe.

Well, first off, i think a handbag, any shape, colour, material, can make an outfit. It can just as easily break it too. If the bag matches the outfit, but stands out at the same time, you've made it. But if the bag looks out of place, as if you have lost all other bags and had no choice but to use that one, then it's broken the outfit.

The personality of a woman can be given away by the bag on her shoulder.
If it's quirky, furry, colour-popping, then you can guess she has got something going on that can do her well in the fashion world.
If she is wearing an embellished bag with lots of strings, peace signs and colour patches on it, boho she is.
With a structured bag, i.e. a Birkin, Kelly, she is sophisticated.
If a woman has a normal bag, no brand, just normal, take the guess she's not a risk taker and loves to keep things simple and such.
Then there's the risk takers, or 'it' girls. This breed of women love the latest bags, no matter if they are ugly or not, will use them 'til they are out of style. Once done with the bag, throw it out with no worries. These type of girls somewhat remind me of Paris, and even a very very young Nicole Richie!

Fayke Nails.

I felt a little full of myself after work today, so i had an impulse buy, as i had the other day too. I bought a 'backstreet boys' loose singlet by Loushima & Anna, (pictured above) and the other day i bought these Wrangler Hi 'cheeky' shorts (both items were on sale, thanks General Pants!). I then went to dinner with mum tonight.. And it kind of annoys me how she doesn't take any care in what she wears compared to me who wears heels and a Hermes Birkin... She just wears black tights and a boring shirt! I always tell her to wear something different but she doesn't listen. Oh well, i guess i should leave her alone coz i wouldn't want people telling me what to wear.
I also got fake nails the other day, and the woman made 3 of my fingers bleed from buffing them!! I was so angry but still paid, next time i'm getting my best friend's sister to do them.
