personal person.

Here is a collection of my favourite person 'random' pictures.
First off, the Chinese(?) symbol for best friend, or something like it. My best friend and I are getting this tattooed on us when we hit 18. For sureeee.
Second is a silly picture of my friends and me in a park, we were bored, and as you can tell I was getting angry so i did the finger and whoah, the picture turned out pretty darn good :).
Third is an underwater picture of my bestfriend and me in the Olympic Pool, I like it coz you can't see our faces and it's just the side of us. Very nice.
Fourth is not me at all, I wasn't even there of this night. It's from NYE and it's of my friend who hates photos, so she did this.. And edited it to black and white, and Voila! We have ourselves a cool photo that -in my opinion- is good enough for the cobra snake.
Last but not least is a picture of me and my friend from Byron Bay, we were taking photos and this one was the best we got. I love it, it just captures that we don't care about anything and we are having a great time with each others company.

selection of bags: help!

Here are the bags i've narrowed it down to.. Not all that flashy, but i want to invest in a classic that i will use over and over. But if you know of any others that are a good investment, just let me know! Thanks.
Oh and can you all tell me which one you prefer?

1) Chanel Flap bag: This bag is so classic, and versatile too. Every girl (in my opinion) should own one, or something like it. It will never go out of style. I would want one with gold hardware, in either purple, red or black.

2) Alexander Wang Zip bag: This bag is like the 'it' bag of the season! It's so eye-catching and i love the worn-out look of it. I would like it in black.

3) Givenchy Nightingale: My opinion is that this bag is a classic, and hopefully it won't go out of style. I love that it's big and slouchy.. You can also carry it on your shoulder or hold it, and none of the other bags i've chosen can do that. I would like it in the biggest size in black with gold hardware.

4) Fendi Twin Tote: Obviously i would choose this. It's gorrrrgeous! I love Ashley's version so much better, but that is not made anymore (the thick handles..) so this one will do. I like that it's big and can fit everything, and it's not too in-your-face, if you get me? I would like it in black or brown with gold hardware.

mk is back.

And i'm thrilled about it! I love the Balenciaga heels, Alex Wang bag and all over, the all-black ensemble.
Today i'm making a trip into the City with mum, getting Starbucks and looking for bags.
I realised this morning that i have hardly ANY colourful bags! All i have that is colourful is my Seafoam Balenciaga First, which i never use. Now i am on the hunt for some colourful bags.. Any tips on what colours?
Thanks

lbj

Whilst in school, you can be sure that i will swamp jumpers, exchange numbers, and of course ideas on our formal on a boring rainy day. Today though, i was lucky.. I swamped my dark grey jumper for this old thing. It's a jumper and... as i discovered when i took off my school skirt and realised that, with a belt, it would be transformed into a dress too! (Which explains lbj.. Little Black Jumper)
The belt is an old vintage of my dad's, he was in a band and used to use it every night when he played.. He says it's his 'lucky' belt, so i put it to good use, as pictured.
Excuse the worn-out flats, in need of some new ones right away.

the city

Have you watched MTV lately? 'The Hills" Whitney Port moved to New York, or the 'city' to start a new life.. I actully thought it would be good, but turns out it's so bad, it seems like a cheap Hills to me.
Meh.
Anyway how was everyone's Valentines?? I had one with the girls, rented stupid teen love movies and watched them all day, then went to dinner with my mum at Max Brennar (Chocolate galore!!!), i hope you all had a great one.
Most of my group of girlfriends are single, so we usually go out just us girls instead of finding guys and dating them.. I mean we are young and we should have fun being single, right?

Have a wonderfully glorious week.

I fell in love with this collection as soon as my homepage style.com loaded. If Balmain and Alexander Wang had babies, this collection would be born.
Also some credit for Fashion Chalet as she has given me some amazing pointers on to be more 'popular' in the blogging world.

Winters

Winter is so soon! And i am soo so excited, i can't even begin to describe how happy i am. I love it, fashion, clouds, rain, everything. Here are my most inspiring pictures, of Winter layering. I love all these looks, leggings, jeans, ripped jeans, etc. The bags and everything. I don't particularly like Summer because all the fashion here (beachy place...) is denim shorts, a tee and a pair of thongs. I don't enjoy it. I love Winter on the other hand, because you can wear heels, new it bags, and not to mention i am buying my very own bag.. No idea what kind yet. But so far i get over $1200 back for tax!

I'm also stuck in a rut for what i want to do for work experience. I was thinking of a magazine, but there are waiting lists... And even bec&bridge, sass&bide and paul&joe are so so hard to get through to someone who knows anything about work experience! I was thinking something like i could find a small aussie fashion brand and do w/e in their boutique ccoz at least then you would get to actually do something, rather than runnig errands and buying coffee for people in big brands.
Anyone willing to help? Any numbers or anything.. I have some numbers and stuff, but what if i get rejected... Shameeee.
Oh well.
I'll give it a try tomorrow.

home sweet home.

in summer you can find me on the beach, rocks at bondi beach, diving, tanning and talking about the heat.
later you can find me on the many streets of new york, at barneys, saks and starbucks. i love this city, it's beautiful. i will one day own a penthouse here, one day.

can't wait for winter!

It's oh so true. I have been waiting ever since Spring started.. for Autumn and Winter, my two favourite seasons. I loooove the fashion of winter, layering, leggings, jeans, stockings, tights, it's endless. I also love leather jackets and unique scarves, which i have to stock up on for this winter. Also bags, hair, hats and beanies! Pictured above are some pics that have always inspired me for winter. I love the effortless look the Olsen's have had in past years. Whether it's a brightly coloured scarf, bag or sunnies they always seem to be out of the ordinary.
Anyway, i'm off to bed. Have work tomorrow.
But i'm counting down the days until Winter.
