myer vs david jones

the two major retailers in australia are david jones & myer. these both definately are still in the fight to be the best store for aussies. though they both might still sell the infamous louboutins & the manolos, they still miss out on the sale because of their stock. most people love to shop at the actual burberry store than have someone in myer try for 2 hours to find their size only to find that it's the colour you don't want.

let's say, there's a beloved coat you want from.. Gucci? alright, so heres the deal:
david jones is down the road and you are at starbucks which is across the road from myer, you choose to walk to the david jones or find the coat in myer? you choose myer, simply because it is closer. but did you ever think that they might not have your size, colour or exact style? david jones on the other hand, has the complete f/w 07/08 collection and will definately have your size, so why not there? you are obviously drawn to myer more because you figure they are a 'major retailer' and will definately have it if they are fighting to win your trust as best retailer.
suppose you should've gone to david jones, eh?
